It is our belief that training
is successful and sustainable when it is organisation-oriented and proactive: the training
need must not be generated by a problem but by a clear vision of its role within a
long-term plan. The value of training is enhanced when what is learned is implemented in
the workplace and its effectiveness monitored: "learning by doing" and
self-development are key elements within our training policy.
Thus Lwatis objective is to ensure that methodologies are appropriate to the
prevailing needs of the client organisation and of the personnel to be trained.
Our training product is developed within the organisational context, tailored-made to suit
clients needs and undertaken by facilitators, not lecturers. It is always planned,
never arbitrary.
We promote enlightenment through the following components:
Innovation, creativity, flexibility
Client involvement
Evolving within a long-term strategy
Identifying and analysing training needs
Each of our diverse courses, be they public or for individual organisations (in-house),
are made up of self-contained modules which can be modified according to prevailing
requirements. They are also interchangeable, enabling us to create new courses as the need
arises.
Lwati maintains an up-to-date Video Library on most of the subjects/modules in our
training programmes.
