"PRECISE" DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

Objectives

The "precise" programme was created by Lwati and has been developed to impart to employees, and more specifically workshop floor personnel up to the level of Supervisor, the basic principles of running a business. This programme is similar to the "6 M" training and demonstrates the interdependency of key areas of a business operation presented in a manner which will facilitate retention.

The programme examines the business environment in which the employee works. It demonstrates exactly what happens to a business on a day to day basis, and examines what is involved in setting up a business and finally, the possible consequences of business closure if it is not performing effectively.
